Buyer Specialist
Professional, detail-oriented individual to manage our Buyer Division. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and work collaboratively to inspire, motivate, and focus internal and external team members to reach the agreed upon goals. Responsibilities include: hiring, termination, and training of all buyer team members; scheduling buyer consultation appointments; obtaining buyer agreements; and writing and negotiating all buyer offers.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential to this position. Valid Real Estate salesperson license with a minimum 5 years experience required. Candidate should be familiar with Plymouth/Canton and surrounding communities. Experience with Microsoft Office and MLS desired. This is a full-time, in-office commission based position which may include some nights and weekends. Selected candidate will be an independent contractor with Re/Max Classic.

Showing Specialist
Outgoing, people-person to manage our buyers home search experience. Individual should enjoy showing homes and must be familiar with Plymouth/Canton and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include: effectively communicating with leads assigned by buyer specialist; aggressively seeking out properties that fit buyer needs; and attending inspections, final walk through, and closings.
Strong communication and friendly personality is essential to successfully managing our buyers needs. Candidate should have good navigational skills with knowledge of GPS; a safe, reliable, clean automobile; the physical ability to handle stairs and to walk the lot comfortably. Valid Real Estate salesperson license required. Experience with internet and MLS desired. This is a full or part-time commission based position that will require time in office and local travel with buyers. Selected candidate will be an independent contractor with Re/Max Classic.

Lead Coordinator
Outgoing, detailed-oriented individual to manage, coordinate and distribute incoming buyer leads.
Individual should enjoy talking on the phone and working on the computer for long periods of time.
Responsibilities include: staying in constant communication with new leads and building rapport; qualify leads; and setting up consultations for potential clients to meet with Buyer Specialist.
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively prioritize needed. Candidates should be familiar with Plymouth/Canton and surrounding areas. Valid Real Estate salesperson license required. Experience with internet and MLS desired. This is a full or part-time hourly position with bonus potential. Selected candidate will be an independent contractor with The Bittinger Team LLC. Once position is mastered, candidate may have the option to work remotely.
