Listing Specialist

Professional, detail-oriented individual to manage our Listing Division. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and work collaboratively to inspire, motivate, and focus internal and external team members to reach the agreed upon goals. Responsibilities include: hiring, termination and training of listing team members; scheduling listing appointments; contracting new listings; negotiating offers; and attending closings.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential to this position. Valid Real Estate salesperson license with a minimum 3 years experience required. Candidate should be familiar with Plymouth/Canton and surrounding communities. Experience with Microsoft Office and MLS desired. This is a full-time, in-office commission based position which may include some nights and weekends. Selected candidate will be an independent contractor with Re/Max Classic.

Listing Manager

Outgoing, detailed-oriented individual to manage new listings. Responsibilities include: Obtaining property information from municipality; completing listing packet; adding listing information and photos to MLS and other Real Estate websites; collecting and providing seller with listing statistics; ordering marketing brochures and yard signs; handling all showing instructions; and keeping in constant contact with the home owner during the listing process.

Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively prioritize are essential to successfully managing our sellers need. Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and internet navigation required.

Publisher and Photoshop experience a plus. This is a full-time hourly position with bonus potential. Background in Real Estate is a plus.

Listing Lead Coordinator

Outgoing, detailed-oriented individual to manage, coordinate and distribute incoming listing leads.
Individual should enjoy talking on the phone and working on the computer for long periods of time.
Responsibilities include: staying in constant communication with new leads and building rapport; qualify leads; set up consultations for potential clients to meet with Listing Specialist; and preparing market analysis for online inquires.

Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively prioritize needed. Candidates should be familiar with Plymouth/Canton and surrounding areas. Valid Real Estate salesperson license required. Experience with internet and MLS desired. This is a full time hourly position with bonus potential.

Client Care Manager

Outgoing, detailed-oriented individual to manage listing administration. Responsibilities include: taking photos of new homes listed; coordination of brochure design; deliver/pick-up brochures, signs, lock-box, etc; manage sign riders; inspection and maintenance of listing materials and moving van; office courier; assisting with office administrative needs; communicating with client regarding photos and listing material scheduling.

Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively prioritize are essential to successfully managing our business needs. Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and internet navigation required.

Publisher and Photoshop experience a plus. This is a part-time hourly position with bonus potential. Local travel is required.
