Sherri proved to be an excellent agent for us. Since it was not our primary residence and we lived far away, she handled and kept an eye on the property from beginning to end until our house sold and made the process streamlined as possible. She went above and beyond call of duty when repairs came up during the sale process and handled any repairs the house needed and always was willing to suggest contractors. She was very professional, showed efficiency and was well versed about the area in regards to pricing and competition. Her communication is second to none and is pleasant and easy to talk to, and makes sure your house and you are high priority until sold. I would love to work with her again and highly recommend her.

Sherri helped me sell my Canton house and buy another house. She showed up to our first meeting (when I was still in the thinking phase about listing my house) amazingly prepared. The level of detail brought to me on the first day was impressive. So, it was an easy decision list my home through her. I was guided through every step of the process from listing through closing. If I had known selling my condo would be so easy, I would have done it 5 years ago. I had sold two other properties previously and while the experience wasn't a nightmare, it wasn't pleasant. Working with Sherri Jeske at Bittinger was really a dream. My condo needed some repairs, painting and cleaning. Sherri got the bids for everything and got the workers to show up and do the work in record time at reasonable prices. As first time home buyers, Brian made the process a very smooth and enjoyable one for us. In today’s very tough market, Brian was diligent from day one in sending us home listings on a daily basis and putting together extremely competitive offers while educating us throughout the entire process. Each home he showed us was always tailored to meet our exact needs which confirms that he definitely listens to his clients. After losing out on a few bids, Brian worked all that much harder and finally found us our dream home, a beautiful brand new construction. OFFER ACCEPTED was like music to our ears! Throughout the waiting period before closing, he even coordinated between us and the builder almost daily giving us options to choose our own paint colors and certain interior/exterior features from the builder’s list of standard selections while the home was being constructed. There were also a couple of instances where certain features as written in the contract were "off" or different than what was written, and let me tell you, Brian still went to bat for us to get us what we were promised or otherwise negotiated an alternative plan that was fair for everyone even though we didn’t think the discrepancies were a big deal. He is definitely not one to let down his clients. Furthermore, Brian was also very quick to respond to all of our messages and phone calls regardless of the time of day, and he was always able to answer all of our questions with a great level of clarity and expertise. With his rapid attention and responsiveness, he really made us feel like we were his only clients even though he was likely working with countless others on a daily basis. He really goes above and beyond! I would say that collectively, Brian’s overall professionalism, diligence, knowledge base and substantial insight into current market trends are what makes him remarkable in the industry without question. This, in my opinion, makes him a force to be reckoned with in today’s very tough market. Finally, throughout our home buying journey, I can absolutely say that Brian never once gave us the impression like he was just in it to make a sale, instead he seems to really pride himself in making sure his clients love the home they are buying. Please note, This review is being posted 4 months after the closing of the our house. So I assure you, We had a great customer experience working with Sherri during the house hunt as well as after closing of the house. Being first time homebuyers, we had lots of questions and concerns; Sherri made sure that all of those are addressed as per our satisfaction. When we first interviewed Sherri, she sat with us for over an hour and explained us the entire process of buying a house and the common pitfalls. This was at the time when we hadn’t even decided to hire her as our agent. But after our first meet, we clearly understood that Sherri knows her stuff and she is definitely the best in her line of work. We did not interview anyone else after that and we knew she would be the right fit to buy us our first dream house. We even had asked her to tour same house multiple times and she never hesitated and clarified all our questions about the house, which helped us made a decision to buy that house. One advantage of choosing Sherri over other realtors was that she has a previous home-inspection work experience. So every time you tour a new house, she would inspect the house for you for free and point out the pros and cons of each house. She would also estimate the current price of the hose immediately by visually inspecting the house, which helped us determine if the price of the house was fair or not. After we closed the house and moved in, we would reach out to Sherri every time for literally anything, and she was there to help us out. She would always respond within 5 minutes, that was impressive. That shows her dedication towards her clients even after the closing of the house. She was also able to provide some of her trusted contacts to take care of some things around the house. She negotiated the house price for us even when it was seller’s market and we were first time buyers. We would definitely recommend her to buy you a house of your dreams.

There is a small story here, I am a lazy person and would prefer if something is done with ease, I was thinking about what to do with my house, sell or rent and I needed it done quick as I was leaving for a long term assignment out of United States and that’s when I was introduced to Brian.
I and Brian talked and we setup an appointment for next day at 9:00 AM. He shows up with lots of documents and I wonder wow that seems a lot. Brian started to talk and I am like wow this guy is knowledgeable. He showed me the information about how he came to the numbers for appraisal and what needs to be our asking price and of course the number would be what I agree to.

Early in 2022, I got a call from Jennifer Yengulalp. Oddly, I was about to make the leap of faith to start looking for a home. I pushed the brakes and wasn’t ready but every so often she would reach back out just to check on me. In May, finally we decided it was time. The market was rocky, I was still apprehensive, but Jennifer literally took every worry away I had. It didn’t matter what time of day, she got me showings. She even aligned me with Mike Stotz (who is by far the best person for financing).

To add to it, Jennifer staged and listed my house on Thursday and it was sold with a full cash offer by Sunday! Talk about success!

I have bought and sold houses several times over the years, and have helped others buy houses. For only the second time in 45 years I found a great agent. I've known some good ones and some bad ones, but only two great ones. If you're selling (or buying, too) GET BRIAN LILLY AS YOUR AGENT!!
First, Brian did a great comparative analysis of both comparable home sales in the area and the market and suggested a selling price to us. (Since it was very close to my independent research, I was impressed, of course.) Then he suggested some handymen when we asked for help in making minor repairs, and suggests a mover (C&K) that was great.
Third, for personal reasons I wanted a very quick sale, and Brian suggested if I waited and did some things we would likely get a better price. I believe he was undoubtedly correct, but for my own reasons I was adamant. He followed my demands, adapted plans quickly, and we sold for our price, without doing some things that would have gotten a better price, in TWO DAYS!.
While the entire process to the sale took a very few weeks (a very short time for Brian to work his magic), Brian did not allow that to interrupt his very professional help. He never lost his cool, was always helpful, responded very quickly to calls and texts, and frequently checked in with us to give us updates.
I honestly cannot think of a thing he could have done better. And given my insistence on the timing, it was like magic that he did so many helpful, useful things. He was very friendly and asked useful, probing questions to help us find answers that helped our sale. He knew the market and he knew what buyers wanted.

I had a wonderful experience with the Bittinger Team. I was a first time buyer and did not know much about the process. I was luckily paired with Sidney Aiken-Walker who was absolutely fantastic. I was looking for a home suitable for myself to work at home as well as my older parents. We had very specific requirements (adaptability for a semi-disabled person, aesthetically pleasing, not to far from work, enough space for kids, etc) and we needed a quick turnaround as the house search was unexpected. We must have looked at and/or visited over 30 houses. Throughout the whole process Sidney was patient, diligent, responsive and most importantly simply kind. She kept our spirits up when we thought we found something perfect but it fell through in this competitive market or did not have what we needed. Despite being put under a lot of pressure within a limited timeframe, Sidney came through for us, looking in multiple cities at all kinds of houses. She was also incredibly responsive and did not become annoyed at out too early or too late phone calls. And most importantly, she did not place unwanted pressure on us to take a home simply to get the process over with; she listened to us and adapted her search based on what WE wanted and not what she thought we should get. I absolutely recommend using her services - especially if you have a challenging search.

I also have to say overall the whole Bittinger Team team was very professional, competent, and just plain friendly. I also have to recognize our closing coordinator, Shraddha Kharsikar. As soon as the purchase agreement was signed, she reached out with a detailed email that explained the closing process and provided important information regarding next steps. She was invaluable when it came to coordinating the needs and requirements of the title company, mortgage lender, and seller’s agent. I had a lot of questions but I also have a crazy work schedule; Shraddha was very responsive and was open to reaching out through email, phone, and text. I had a very smooth closing process and I know in large part that its due to her efficiency and attention to detail.
