Buying and Selling Your Home at the Same Time - Bittinger Team, REALTORS

Do you plan to buy and sell at the same time? Many buyers and sellers find themselves in this tricky position. Buying a home in a seller’s market takes quick negotiations and a thorough knowledge of the industry.

In today’s market, it’s far easier to sell your home than to buy one. This can result in a period of time where you don’t actually have a home. It sounds frightening to consider possible homelessness (no matter how temporary), but sellers are still motivated because they are expecting more money for their homes.

There’s not doubt it’s a good time to sell. With the help of experienced Realtors like Bittinger Team, REALTORS, you don’t have to worry about not having a place to sleep while you sell your current home and look for a new one.
