Our agent, Sherri was awesome from the first day to the last. She explained the process very thoroughly and made each step completely stress free. Every question wether email or text was answered very quickly. When we had to meet, every time she was willing to meet us at a location other than the house or her office, because it was much more convenient for us. Since it was not our primary residence and we lived far away, she handled and kept an eye on the property from beginning to end until our house sold and made the process streamlined as possible. If I had known selling my condo would be so easy, I would have done it 5 years ago. I had sold two other properties previously and while the experience wasn't a nightmare, it wasn't pleasant.
